Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

hi, i was involved in an car accident while i was driving without insurance.My daughter was a passenger in my car and was severely injured, broken back and several internal injuries.

Now she wants to sue me for medical expanses and suffered pain. My question is, can she realy sue me ?
