Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

Missouri probate court awarded me guardian / conservator over adult niece. She was deemed totally incompetent. After making death threats, stalking her son, etc..I took her vehicle. She reported it stolen. Even as "victim" she was legally incapable of communicating fact & giving informed consent. I was arrested in Arkansas for theft by receiving while driving her vehicle. I showed all parties involved paper work documenting her as my ward. Mo dropped charges but Ar pursued in criminal court. I spent 2 1/2 days in jail & bond was set at $10,000. Discovery paperwork mentions my guardianship several times. With no new evidence or info,8 mths later, they drop charges stating that I had court approval for use of vehicle. I was given fees & fines for approx $1000.00 & auto 30 days jail if I commited any wrong next 30 days. Do I have a case for malicious prosecution?
