Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

Get out of a lease!

Can you please help? My fiance just moved in to a 1 bedroom on the 1st of the month and since then we've decided we really want to live together and make a go of it. It's now the 6th of the month and I want to know if there is a law out there that will allow us to break contract within a set amount of days without losing our whole deposit or anything??? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!

thanks much
