Legal Question in Tax Law in Missouri

Federal Taxes

I have appeared-and been ordered to turn over books and papers to IRS for them to assess possible taxes owed.

I do not owe a federal tax. I have a few days left to turn over such items.I have to reappear in court July 29.I want to know if there is a way that I can cause the court to have the IRS answers specific legal questions that I have? The Supreme Court has ruled that the 16th Amendment DID NOT GRANT ANY NEW TAXING POWERS TO CONGRESS! And the the word INCOME IS NOT DEFINED IN THE CODE!

I want to know if I can, and if so how, do I get my points in the record, and can I get the IRS to have to cough up answers to my legitimate questions- if so, how do I do that?

Thank you

Re: Federal Taxes

As a tax protester, you should be prepared to either:

1. Hire a tax attorney and follow the law as the GOVERNMENT (not you!) interprets it; or

2. Pack your toothbrush!

Good Luck!
