The issuance of a "ticket" is to repalce ahving to arrest everyone suspected of a crime. It is to inform the accused of the accusation. If there are factual discrepancies on the ticket, then that can be raised a s possible defense to the cahrge. But, the lack ofa and officer's signature does not usually render a ticket ineffective as a replacement for arresting the defendant and forcing them to post bond. If this happened to you, consult direclty with defense counsel in your area as soon as you can.

If you are facing a charge, you should hire the best attorney you afford. Your attorney might be able to defend the charge if there is not enough evidence to convict you. Or, your attorney may advise you to enter into a plea bargain in order to avoid a conviction without the risk involved in going to trial. I have handled hundreds of these cases over the last thirty-five years, and I might be able to offer my services to you for a reasonable fee. Please feel free to contact me for a free telephone consultation.
