Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Both parents have passed and the oldest sister is POA. Since the funeral of when my father passed, she took it upon herself to close the checking account that had her name on the account along with another sibling. What are the rights of all siblings on this and most recently, since the house and contents were auctioned off, she did not split it evenly with all siblings.?

You may need to consult directly with a probate attorney in your area. The poa ended when your father died. St that point, she probably had no authority over anything that already have her name on it.

Absent a will or Trust, the estate estate should pass evenly. But, the facts of each situation can change the outcome. Therefore, you need to get advice specific to the facts of your fathers situation.
