Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Since I have had a paternity test done and I was the first born child before my real father met his wife or had his other children what would I be entitled to after he passes on? TIA!

Generally when someone passes, absent a will, their assets are supply between their surviving spouse and their children not of that spouse. If you are the only child, not through his wife, you would split his estate with her. If she dies first, all his kids split his estate evenly.

Good luck
