What is the legal percent a law firm can charge for representation in a workmans comp case, and is exspences in addition to that fee?

In Missouri, the usual and customary employment contract amount for an attorney fee for a workers' compensation action is 25%, plus expenses. The Administrative Law Judge can award more or less as a reasonable fee, depending on various factors, such as the complexity of the case and the provisions of the employment contract.
