Legal Question in Family Law in Montana

I am 18 years old and am in love with a 40 year old woman. Is there any legal actions against this. I did live with her when I was 17. We did have sexual contact. I need to know if there is anything in the books that says caregivers cannot consent.

Help me clear up your question. You're 18, you have a 'caregiver', and you want to know if the caregiver can consent to you having a relationship with a 40 year old woman. The 40 year old woman is NOT your caregiver, correct? A court appointed the caretaker? When does the order say the caretaker's duties terminate?

If you will post a clarification, I will try to answer your question.
