Required Appliances
Are appliances required to be in a "house" to rent it? Specifically, is the house required to have a refrigerator before you can rent it?

There is no legal requirement that a rental unit contain particular appliances. There is no legal requirement that a rental unit have a refridgerator, as such things as that and a stove are negotiable items.
