Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nebraska

I have a loan with my ex husband, he is now filing bankrupcy, does he have to claim all of this loan when filing or just half? If you claims it can the bank come after me for payment?

Let's assume that this is a joint debt. I can't be sure until I see the papers, of course.

He and you are both 100% responsible for the loan. The lender could get 100%recovery from either of you.

He lists all debts he is responsible for in his bankruptcy, alone or joint, and his bankruptcy discharge gets rid of his liability for his debts.

His bankruptcy does not affect your separate 100% liability for this joint debt.
