Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

I was in a motor vehicle accident and want to hire a personal injury attorney. If an attorney takes the case on a contingency basis, what can he charge for costs? Are paralegal fees a cost? The attorney I have talked with has a paralegal as an employee, isn't that just overhead that should be included in his contingency fee?

Costs can range although they may include filing fees, costs of obtaining reports and some other administrative expenses. Staff costs are normally part of the contingent fee. Please feel free to contact me at 702-222-2115 for a free consultation and to answer additional questions.
