Have you been examined by a permanent partial disabiity ratig doctor? If so, has he/she provided you with a rating? The rating percentage will be applied to your wage, and along with your age being considered as a factor, a settlement amount will be determined.

Please feel free to contact me with further questions.

The average work comp settlement in Nevada is $10,000.00. With a fused disc and hardware I would expect your settlement to be much higher. If you need more info, visit my blog at www.nevadaworkcomplaw.blogspot.com. There is a section where I discuss PPDs in Nevada, which you might find helpful.
