criminal records
I was convicted of a misdemeanor, minor in possession of tobacco, when I was 10 years old in Idaho. I moved to Nevada two years later and I have never had any other interaction with the police since then. I recently turned 18, would this still be on my criminal record if an employer were to check into it?
