I won alot then lost all my winnings. Need to file BK Chapter 7. How long do I have to wait before I can file BK

If it has been 6 months since you won big and you've lost those winnings gambling then you can file. It's not unusual in Nevada for unsuccessful gamblers to file bankruptcy.
