Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada

Transfer California S corp to Nevada

I have had a single share holder S corp in Calf. for about 10 years and did substantial business in Calif. The Calif. corp has assets and significant banking lines of credit. I have move my residence and business to Nevada. Is it possible to transfer the s corp. to Nevada and if so how do I accomplish the task?

Do a resolution to move the corporation to Nevada, then dissolve the California one and incorporate a Nevada one and file again for S status.
