Can I get written up at my hotel for saying my managers suck at work on face book even if I didn't say names of managers or the name of the hotel?

The government must afford you free speech, your employer does not necessarily have to, especially in an at-will employment state. Generally, you may "written up" for almost any reason, and you can be terminated for almost any reason.
