Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

civil suit to arbitration

I voluntarily surrendered my vehicle 3 1/2 yrs ago and now I am being sued for the full balance on the loan. Refused to send me documentation of what the resold car for. I responded to civil claim in proper person claiming wrongful practices by plaintiff. Ex. called boyfriend @ work stating he is responsible for debt, harassing calls to my place of employment (myself, boss, secretary), unprofessional comments made on phone by rep. What do I do in arbritration? Do I even have a chance?

Re: civil suit to arbitration

You can meet me for a 1/2 consult for $50 and I can give you better advice. You can ask the Plaintiff to provide any documentation or questions in the arbitration process.
