Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

Can my retirement income be attached by lien or garnishment by a court action with regard to credit card debt or private property loan default. Source of income private pension funds and social security.

Without knowing more, it's impossible to say for sure. I will say, theoretically that your Social Security Pension can't be attached or liened upon. However, the bank account holding the funds very well could be. So, you would have to hold everything in cash and do everything in cash to be protected from liens. The same may be true for your private pension.
