assault with a deadly weapon

my husband is beening charged with assault with a deadly weapon and carrying a conceled weapon he didnt hurt the person pressing charges and she left the state he will have a felony arrgn in 2 days what does this been and how long will he do in jail

Unless he's an ex-felon a good attorney should be able to get him probation. Otherwise it is 1-6 years in prison.

Your husband's charges are felonies and would carry a potential jail term of at least 12 months (1 year) in jail.

If your husband did not injure anyone then the assault with a deadly weapon charge could probably be amended down. If your husband has a criminal record involving other violent or gun related crimes his ability to effectively plea bargain would be limited.
