Can my brother be put into jail for leaving his misdemeanor charge in California? He now lives in Nevada.

If there is a warrant for your brother from California, and he runs into law enforcement in Nevada, there is a possbility of him being arrested and extradited back to Nevada. Your best bet is to retain counsel to see if the warrant can be quashed and your brother's case taken care of so that he doesn't have to always look over his shoulder. Good luck.

Extradiction is for felonies and not misdemeanors.
