Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
How do the Prosecution and the Defense Attorneys strategize to ensure they get the best juror for their side. Is this considered Jury Tampering? Please help!!!

you will get a list of potential jurors in your case on the day of trial. Before trial starts you will have an opportunity to examine and ask questions of all the potential jurors. You will be able to remove the ones you dont like and keep the ones you do like.
