charged with dui in commercial vehicle

have you heard of suspended imposition for commercial drivers using that term and how does it work?somebody told me it was a one time deal for commercial drivers and i was wondering if this existed and if it does how do you use it?thanx i hope you can help me!

In Nevada, there are rules to suspend individuals with commerical drivers' licenses when they are driving a commerical vehicle while intoxicated.

I have not heard of "suspended imposition" in Colorado. If yours is a Colorado case suggest you call and ask your question to Colorado Department of Revenue Hearings Section.
