In a general sense, under California law, you may have grounds for a nullity of marriage if he told you he was not a drug user before you married him, you believed him, you found out after the marriage that he lied, and if you had known the truth you would not have married him. Otherwise, your option would be a dissolution of marriage.

If you think that he may become abusive you should leave immediately. As to ending the marriage, without more information it would appear that it would be difficult to annull the marriage in California. The fraud in California must go to the core of the marriage. Such as his in ability to father children.
