Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

child not on site for cps inspection

My neighbor/landlord sprung some sort of leak at thier house roughly 20ft from mine. Tommrow I have a cps inspection and am wondering if I should send my wife and child to a hotel and risk them not being here when cps is. The other alternative is to have them both here exposed to whatever the leak might be. What should I do? Any help will be greatly apperciated thanks
