Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

The father of my kids what me to go half on daycare whenever he goes out of town for work. Going out of town is optional not a requirement. I don't mind helping but can't afford half. Am I obligated to pay half?

It's hard to answer the question without additional information about your schedule and availability to watch the children, family members who could watch the children etc. What is your custodial arrangement with your children's father?. Does he pay you child support? Does he pay you more when it is gone out of town, how long is he out of town?. If you are watching the children while he is out of town, do you have a cheaper alternative to the day care the kids go to when they are with dad?
