Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I filed for child support over a year ago in Nevada. The father of my child lives in California. I've given child support all his info including address, social, and where he's working but they can't verify his address. That is because he is still using his Nevada I.D. Which has my address on it. Whats the next step? What do I do?
