Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My (soon to be ex) husband and I are both Nevada residents. We are separated and are both in relationships, living with other people. He has been holding onto the divorce paperwork for months and hasn't filed. Come to find out a few weeks ago I am unexpectedly pregnant by my boyfriend. It is my understanding that because I am still legally married, my ex is legally presumed to be the father. How, in my divorce proceedings, can I establish my boyfriend as the biological father of my unborn child?

Your boyfriend's name will go on the birth certificate and in the divorce documents you would put that you are pregnant but that your husband is not the father.

You can also get a paternity test or have your boyfriend sign an Affidavit of Paternity, which is the equivalent to a Court Order.
