las vegas divorce laws for military personnel

if a military personnel files a complaint of divorce to his wife and she has not yet responded to the courts because she still has remaining time does she still have legal rights to money meaning his military account that he gave her access to until the divorce is finalized? and also taking into consideration they have been married for 1 year and he committed adultery and has not given her support

Nevada is a community property state. Therefore, each spouse would have an interest in all property accrued during the life of the marriage; home, personal property, etc.

There are other property rights that one spouse may be entitled to from the other including pensions, retirement benefits, etc.

You may be entitled to a portion of your husband's military benefits, child support, and alimony.

Your case has many complicated issues but it sounds as if you have not consulted an attorney. I would highly recommend you do so.
