Can not locate my ex-wife

My ex-wife and I have had one child and then she moved. I could not locate her the child is now in foster care in Oklahoma, I would like to file the divorce but I am unsure in the proper way to do so. Since Oklahoma says I have no rights in regards to our daughter and I can not locate the mother which form would I use?

Re: Can not locate my ex-wife

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you are the father of the child, you can file for divorce here with accompanying Motion for an Emergency Pick-up Order for the child.

I would need to speak to you in more detail to properly advise you. Feel free to contact my office if you'd like to speak over the phone to discuss your matter.
