The problem is that if you are in Camp Lejuene and she is here, how can you have joint custody. There is joint legal custody, which means that she has to discuss things like medical issues, education, religion, etc. but physical custody means where your children will live.

If you want them to live with you full time, this will be tough. If you can get transferred to Camp Pendleton or 29 Palms, this might allow you to seem them 2 times a month. I will be out of town from Dec. 23 to Dec 27 but would be able to see you on other days.
