If you have lived in Nevada 6 weeks you can file here. If not file in Washington. If you can't locate your husband you can serve him by publication. Contact Legal Aid or the Self-Help Center for help. Do what you need to get some money including selling your property.
The William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV has free legal education classes regarding divorce. The classes are offered on Mondays from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 to 11 a.m. See http://www.law.unlv.edu/free-legal-education.html for more details.
