Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

''paid in full'' for current & back child support & debt

My exhusband give me a check every month for:

child support

health ins

1/2 medical bills (office visits & perscriptions)

plus an additional $200 towards the debt he was ordered to pay in the divorce decree, debt that I incurred from his truck reposession and back child support.

This month he has written ''paid in full'' in the memo. I see that he can't pay in what hasn't been billed yet (future child support, med bills, ins, etc) but if I cash this check does that release him from the still $10000+ he owes me? Or can I endorse it ''without recourse'' so that I can pay for the health insurance and perscriptions?

If he owes you the money he cannot change that by writing paid in full and you will not waive rights, because they are the child's rights, by endorsing the check.
