Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Parental Rights

My (ex)boyfriend & I had a son in 1997. Since then he has given me a total of $250 by money orders for support and given him a candy lane game and a book. He has seen him one time 6 years ago. He lives in FL and we live in NV (with HIS parents). But he has had NO contact with our son and refuses to send any money.

My question is he entitled to any parental rights? Or has he given them up with no contact and no support?

Re: Parental Rights

You could file a petition to terminate his parental rights. He has not given them up until a judge terminates his rights and until then, he can always pop back in and try for visitaton.
