Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I just recently got the Order for child custody/support for 2 kids that I was awarded primary physical after a year in litigation but the mother have abandoned them for more than two years now. And that I have been caring for them since with no support whatsoever from the mother. Can child support be made retroactive from the time the mother left?

Yes, but you have to request it. Per NRS 125B.030, child support can be made retroactive up to 4 years when one party supported the kids, and the parties were separated. See http://willicklawgroup.com/child-support/.
