Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Hello I have soul legal custody of my daughter when she was 3yrs old. But her father does not visit her like we agreed . He goes months without seeing her and he doesn't pay child support . What can I do to modify his visitation rights.

You can file to have the Father's rights terminated. A court may not grant that as if you were to pass away before the father and your child is still a minor, she is considered a "legal orphan." Her father would be alive but the law would treat him as dead. You can also get a modified child support order that would change his visitation to what you would prefer.
