Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Statute of limitations

My husband has a daughter from a previous relationship they have never been to court to suggest any kind of child support he has always felt that $300 a month was fair and that is what was decided. Now his ex wants more money from him and we are going to court. She has mentioned pressing statutory rape charges for the simple fact that she was 16 when she got pregnant and he was 21. The child is now almost 6 years old. My question is is there a statute of limitation on statutory rape or could something actually be done about this?

There are statute of limitations but I am a family law attorney and not a criminal defense. I have friends that can give you advice for a fee. If so, call me at (702) 474-4220.
