Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My ''ex'' is taking me to court to make me pay for half the transportation cost

My ''ex'', who has reasonable visitation rights to the kids claims that I, who have total custody and control(as written), move out of state without written permission or notification, and that's why I should be responsible for paying half the cost of his visitaion. Can I be liable to pay for the cost even if he knew (even his parents knew)and yet ignored my notification of the move? After the divorced, he left the state too and lived with us to give our marriage another try. But it never worked. He lived in our area for a long time before he decided to move back to LV. I took the kids to him every now and then for them to get together. Ha has not paid me child support regularly.

You never know what a judge will order under the circumstances. The only thing you can do is opposed the motion and see what happens.
