I had a TPO filed on me. Because he lied with his answers to

The questions on the paperwork. Today I was told he had

Dropped the TPO on me. On the TPO he put my legal address as a

Home he owns. I have not been able to return to my

Home in Nye county Nevada. What should I do about all of this?

He wants to meet me for dinner and I do not think

That is a good idea.

I would not meet with him. Who told you that he dropped the TPO? I would confirm with the Court or the Sheriff if you can't do it during business hours. I would also go to the County Recorder and get a copy of the Deed, if you in fact are the homeowner.
