Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

welfare of my children

my wife and i are divorced and have been for about 2 years now. i have 3 kids 11, 9 and 5. my kids have told me several times that their mother continues talking badly about me around them. my 5 year old told me last summer that if i married my fiance that i would no longer be part of their family. just last week my 5 year old said her mom was still saying rude things about me and she couldn't waite to grow up so she could move away from hearing this stuff. i can't think of a week that has gone by that one of the kids aren't sick, but when they get to my house for the weekend they seem happy and fine. this really hurts me to see my kids going through this. divorce is hard enough on the kids, i know my parents were divorced when i was 10. of course i can't talk to their mother because any time i try to talk to her it becomes an arguement. going to try and get my kids into councilling this summer is there anything else i can do to help my kids? if i knew i could get custody of them i would fight her for it, but from what i have been told i don't have alot to go on since there is no abuse or anything like that going on. sorry about some of the spelling, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you are interested in obtaining custody of your children you would need to file a Petition to Modify Custody with your county's Family Court.

My office handles such matters in Las Vegas. If you would like to contact my office to schedule a consultation feel free to do so.

It doesn't sound like you want to do anything. If you really did you would have filed a motion before the Judge to have your ex cease and desist alienating your kids' affections toward you. It sounds like yopu're just looking for sympathy.
