Need to bring in the other corporate subsidiary on personal property ownership issue in Nevada. After a year with some discovery, must I use the original complaint, or may I add additional arguments of fact in this later issue of the complaint? Plaintiff

It's difficult to tell exactly from your question. But you can motion the court to amend the complaint. If the court allows it you can amend it. If not, you can't.
