Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
I have submitted my n400 naturalization form too early (mistakenly didnt wait the 3 months for state & district residency).
Are there any other options than a withdrawal of application and resubmission?

Either you can withdraw the N-400 or USCIS will eventually deny it. You will need to re-file once you qualify either way, which means you've lost your filing fee regardless of which avenue you pursue.
