Life Insurance on Divorce papers

My husband had his ex-wife on his life insurance that his former employer had. When he divorced her 16+ years her name was on the divorce papers. He has re-married and changed the beneficary to me. Will she get the insurance money? He was divorced in NJ and we live in NV
