Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

My ex employer removed a complaint I made about another employer from my personnel file as well as from my locker at work. This was missing from my file when I requested a copy and they took it out of my personal items in my locker which they cleaned out and did not let me access. This document was evidence I wanted yo use in my unemployment appeal hearing as it showed prior actions my my employer. What can I do? This is in Nevada.

There appears to many facts missing from this inquiry. First, I must assume that your employment was terminated. Next, I must assume that your unemployment benefits are being challenged by the employer. Further, I must assume that the challenge is made based on alleged misconduct pursuant to NRS 612.385. If these assumptions are correct, I suggest you see an attorney immediately regarding an appeal to be made before the Employment Security Division.
