tenants rights regarding unfit living condition

our bathroom has had leak for months the landlord knows he brought over cotracters ect.to look at it the floors rotting and theres mold . if we complain to much can he evict us does he have to provide a place for us to stay while there tearing up the floor?can he evict us or deoes he have to help with moving expences?month to month renters lived here 5 years

If you are a renter, typically a landlord must provide temporary living conditions for you if they are the ones initiating repairs on your unit.

If you wish to vacate your lease, you must be able to show a material breach of the lease contract by the landlord.
