Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Nevada

Podophyllin

I had seen the Doctor for a mild case of genital warts. He applied nitorgen on the warts and also prescribed a prescription for podophyllin. I got the prescription filled and applied it to the wart area. After using it 1 time I noticed a redness and burning since then, it has progressed to the point of constant pain. It's hard to walk and stand up. I have dead skin in the area, puss, raw tissue, and continued redness. After research I found this medicine, (podopyhllin), is not to be prescribed to the patient. It should only be applied by a physician. I'm angry, what should I do?Thisis the fifth day

since application, and I'm in excruciating pain.
