Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

My fiance was recently in an accident in my car. For the last month we've been out of a car and had no way of getting anywhere. My question is does the insurance company have to pay for rental car fees even if we didnt rent a car? We were however paying other people to drive us around and to get him back and forth to work

Your fiance is entitled to loss of use of his car by the adverse insurance company if the other driver is at fault. This would include compensation whether or not your fiance rents a car. It is better to have receipts for any payments for rides if you don't actually get a rental car. Insofar as your fiance's own car insurance, unless he bought rental insurance as part of his insurance policy that company is not obligated to pay for his rides or car rental.
