hotel injury

how do I get Caesar's Palace to pay for my medical bills for injury sustained when i fell in the bathroom due to negligence(admitted by staff). My shoer leaked, and i fell, upon my complaint, maintenance came, inspected, and said this never would have happened had the shower had the correct seal. They then fixed the seal. I have been to my m.d., chiropractor. Was black/blue, and have headaches since my fall.

A letter to the hotel with your bills for treatment. They have insurance or are self-insured.

Depending on the severity of the injury, a lawsuit may also be a possibility, wherein you seek to recover those expenses, together with pain & suffering. Do you have an incident report also? Can you get one?
