Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

SET-ASIDE SALE?? Potential BFP

Is there any law in Nevada (case or statute) that might bolster a motion to set-aside the sale of real property to what may turn out to be a BFP? The seller knew a lawsuit was on its way, because she breached a purchase/sale agreement, and hot-footed out and sold the property. The former buyer wants specific performance.
