Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

I live in California. My mother died in Nevada in August, 2012 and my sister in Nevada is executor (trustee) of my mother's estate. I have never seen an accounting of the estate, but I would like to have one. Is it my right to get a full accounting and how do I go about getting one? Additionally, my sister had my mom's power of attorney for 3 years before she died. Am I entitled to see an accounting of those funds?

The answer depends on the amount and type of estate, and whether a probated Will or privately administered Trust was involved. Your attorney can explain further.
